| Sharing
practical advice for healthier, friendlier & more
sustainable neighbourhoods |
Your Natural Neighbours is a not for profit organisation for people who like the thought of closer-knit communities, more environmentally sound lifestyles, and who would like themselves and their families to lead healthier lives.
Here you’ll find the neighbours who are ready to help. Go to the Neighbour Offers page for offers from local people who are ready to answer questions and demonstrate home improvements or lifestyle changes which do the right thing, and which save money too. If you don’t find what you’re looking for there, go to Neighbour Discussions where you can ask any question you like. The Top Tips page might even spark an idea you hadn’t thought of before. |
|
At the heart of this particular destination in the virtual universe is an idea: that meeting people face to face is what we human beings are best at, in fact probably value most. Sometimes the best way to help your neighbour is to drop round and show them, or for them to drop in at your place to see how you’ve made something work. Or just to have a chat somewhere local over a cup of coffee.
If you would like to offer your neighbours information or advice, if you’d like to promote a local group, to share a skill, demonstrate something you’ve made work (like a wind turbine, or water saving system) then please do complete the simple registration before you start.
Membership of this network is free. Make your community a healthier, greener and friendlier place to live.
Your Natural Neighbours is starting up initially in a number of pilot communities. If you’ve found yourself on this page and would like to start your own group, go to Start a Group.
